- What size should I buy?
We recommend the following sizes, although sizes vary for each individual child:

If you would like a size that we don’t carry, please contact us at info@petitegem.com so that we can make one for you. TIP: To get your child's bracelet size, take a cloth measuring tape and wrap it around her wrist where the bracelet would be snug. Take the measurement and add at least an inch to get her bracelet size. If you do not have a measuring tape take a piece of string and do the same thing as above, but just use a ruler to measure the string and then add an inch. For toddler's sizes, you can also wrap the measuring tape around the wrist but only add .5". Children older than 3 add about one inch.

- Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We offer free standard shipping within the United States, Canada, & Israel. For anywhere else in the world, there is a flat rate of $8.
Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States or Canada.
Shipping will take between 7 – 10 business days.
For expedited shipping in the United States, Canada, & Israel, there is a flat rate of $8 for 2 – 4 days (not guaranteed) or a flat rate of $15 for overnight delivery (guaranteed).

- How does the bracelet come packaged?
Whether you buy a bracelet or pacifier clip for a new baby or any size princess, we want the packaging to show how much care you’ve taken in choosing the right gift, at no extra cost to you! Even the tiniest of presents is beautifully wrapped in our signature fuchsia checked mini purse. Your present is handpacked and sent off to either you or a loved one with a card that you can personalize when you order.

- Does the pacifier clip fit onto all pacifiers?
Unfortunately, the paci clip only fits onto pacifiers that have handles, such as the “Nuk” or “Binky” pacifiers.

- What if the bracelet or paci clip breaks?
We stand behind all of our products and will gladly handle any repairs that are the result of a manufacturing defect at no charge within 30 days of purchase. Items that need repair after 30 days can be repaired and the cost will be determined on a case by case basis. If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, immediately return the item to us: - Contact us at info@petitegem.com, to notify us that you’re item is damaged or defective.
- We will send you a prepaid, bubble wrap envelope.
- Pack the item securely in the original box (whenever possible).
- Mail us the envelope.
- Once we have received the damaged or defective item, we will exchange the item for an identical item.
- Your new item will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States or Canada.
- Shipping will take between 7 – 10 business days.

- Will I be charged any taxes?
If the billing address is in Maryland, you will be charged a 5% sales tax.

- Will the silver on the bracelet/paci clip tarnish?
Like all sterling silver, the silver pieces of the bracelet will tarnish. To polish the tarnish, use a soft sponge or cloth and gently apply silver polish to the silver areas. Rinse with warm water and dry with a clean towel.
